NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the St Joseph’s Institution Old Boys’ Association. This is a follow up to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) dated 13 March 2026, which did not meet the requisite quorum.

To consider and if approved, to allow a change to the name of the St. Joseph’s Institution Old Boys’ Association (SJIOBA).
If Item 1 is approved, to authorise corresponding amendments with the Registry of Societies and all relevant clauses in the SJIOBA Constitution.
Dear Josephians,
The Executive Committee is proposing to change the name of the SJIOBA to reflect more accurately the composition of our growing SJI alumni and family.
