NOTICE is hereby given that the 26th Annual General Meeting of the St Joseph’s Institution Old Boys’ Association will be held on:  Date/Time: Friday, 25 June 2021 at 8:00pm Venue: Online via Zoom (Login information will be sent to qualified registrants)  AGENDA

1. To receive and adopt the Minutes of the 25th Annual General Meeting 2020.
2. To receive and adopt the Annual Report 2020.
3. To receive and adopt the Annual Balance Sheet and Statement of Income and Expenditure Report for the year ended 31 December 2020.
4. To elect the members of the 14th Executive Committee for 2021 – 2023.
5. To consider and transact any other business.

Dear Members,

Due to the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, the Exco has decided that this year's AGM will be conducted virtually for your safety and comfort. Our virtual AGM (vAGM) will be held on 25 June 2021 at 8pm via Zoom. You will need to register if you are attending the vAGM. Registration link can be found below. Login details will be emailed to eligible registrants closer to the date of the vAGM.

At this vAGM, we need to elect the 14th Executive Committee for 2021 – 2023. If you wish to nominate someone please complete and email the attached Nomination Form to the Honorary Secretary at secretariat@sjioba.org by Monday, 31 May 2021, 5pm. Nomination Forms received after Monday, 31 May 2021, 5pm will be rejected. If an election is required for any or all the Executive Committee Portfolios, it will be reflected in the Proxy Form together with any other matters that require your vote. The Proxy Form and the 26th AGM Documents will be sent to you after the closing date of the Nomination.
